Full commission home selling usually costs 6% of your home's selling price-3% to the listing agent, plus 3% to the buyer's agent, totaling a 6% sales commission. We've slashed our listing fee from 3% to 1%. Why pay more, when you can get full service for less?
You, the seller, choose what commission to offer the buyer's agent-full commission for a faster sale, or less for more profit-it's up to you. Some sellers who have property in high demand are selling their homes for 1/2 the usual commission, and pocketing the difference-$13,5000 on a $450,000 home!

Many people wonder, "What's the catch?" feeling that if you pay less because of our discounts and rebates, you must receive less service. The short answer is, you are not paying for an expensive advertising campaign whose sole purpose is to get you to choose to do business with that particular heavily-advertised real estate firm, and you aren't paying franchise fees to a national realtor chain. We really do all of the same things that the folks with the hot air balloon, or in the yellow sports coats do-except charge you full commission, of course.
